Account Executive - New York, NY
Pulse 360 is currently seeking a Senior East Coast Account Executive who will be responsible for selling both Sponsored Link CPC (Cost per Click) and CPA (Cost per Acquisition) Advertising on the Pulse 360 network. The position is based in New York City and reports to the VP of Sales. He/she will work closely with the VP of Sales in selling advertising programs to an account list of agencies and key prospects as well as perform such additional work as may be required by the Company from time to time.

Ideal candidate will possess:

  • BA/BS degree in related field
  • 5+ years Internet media sales experience is required
  • Proven history of meeting/exceeding revenue goals
  • Large book of interactive agency and direct client contacts

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing publisher partners for the Pulse 360 Performance Ad Network. You will clearly articulate our product set and efficiently manage all stages of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, deal-modeling, proposals, negotiations and implementation transitions. Our ideal candidate is a top sales performer with a strong rolodex of publisher contacts, a team player, who possesses a strong desire to win.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage all stages of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, deal-modeling, proposals, negotiations and implementation transitions
  • Constantly think of creative ways to find potential clients
  • Deliver/exceed monthly revenue goals
  • Represent Pulse 360 at relevant trade show events
  • Optimization of publishers and technical assistance when needed
  • Perform additional work as may be required by the Company from time to time

Ideal candidate will possess:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3-5 years of sales / affiliate management experience for a performance based ad network
  • Strong understanding of industry trends
  • Proven track record of successfully prospecting, prioritizing, & selling / cold calling interactive publishers
  • Possess strong negotiation skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be able to think creatively "on your feet" and have a proven track record in aligning and driving deals to successful completion with a consultative approach
  • Positive, team-oriented personality with the desire, ability and drive to ride a steep, continuous learning curve in the internet industry
  • Candidate has thorough understanding of industry terminology and channel knowledge

Associate, Client Relations - New York, NY and Buffalo, NY
Pulse 360 is currently seeking an Associate, Client Relations, who will be responsible for helping to achieve revenue goals by collaborating with and supporting our sales team, managing client relationships, and working closely with clients to maximize the performance of campaigns. The Associate, Client Relations, will use his/her skills to drive revenue growth, and support the team with research, analysis and other tools.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining a working knowledge of Pulse 360 features and products, and be able to communicate them to advertisers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to grow revenue and take responsibility for the up-selling and management of clients
  • Prepare sales presentations and media plans to assist Account Executives (AE) in preparation for all client meetings
  • Work with AE to pull reports from comScore to be used for agency sales calls
  • Work with media planners and buyers in executing campaign strategy, i.e. creative, set up, tracking
  • Monitor and analyze performance data in order to suggest structural and editorial improvements that will optimize ad campaigns
  • Provide campaign updates and follow up correspondence to ensure that advertisers are satisfied with their return
  • Troubleshoot advertiser issues to proactively identify problems and provide solutions
  • Communicate with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities
  • Provide ongoing training to clients in all account management related tools
  • Assist with advertisers' contracts and billing invoices, and perform various administrative duties related to the management of client's accounts
  • Identify potential business leads
  • Perform additional work as may be required by the Company from time to time

Ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 2 years Customer Service/Account Management experience is required
  • Proficiency with the internet, general computer use, and Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
  • Knowledge of ad serving platforms such as Atlas and Dart a plus
  • Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • Motivated self-starter
