Seevast Chosen as 2007 Technology Fast 50 Finalist in the New York Region

Commitment to Innovation Propels Seevast to Rank Fourteenth with Record Breaking Revenue Growth Over Last Five Years

New York, NY - September 20, 2007 - Seevast Corp., which operates leading online marketing services companies Pulse 360, Moniker and Kanoodle, has been named to Deloitte's prestigious Technology Fast 50 Program for the New York Region. This award recognizes the 50 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in New York, ranked by Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, one of the nation's leading professional services organizations. Rankings are based on the percentage revenue growth over five years from 2002-2006.

Seevast's increase in revenues from 2002 to 2006 resulted in a #14 ranking in the Technology Fast 50 for the New York Region, with more than 1,000 percent growth over the past five years. Seevast CEO, Lance D. Podell, credits this success to continued commitment to innovation and to providing tools for advertisers and publishers to make the most of their businesses. In the past year alone, in addition to the exclusive relationships to provide sponsored links for some of the Web's biggest publishers, including msnbc.com, The Wall Street Journal Online, NASCAR.com and CBS Television Stations, Seevast companies rolled out a range of new products including the Pulse 360 Publisher's Vertical Network, which helps publishers create their own vertical ad networks, and Moniker's record breaking domain auctions where top domains made history by recording some of the highest sales figures in history.

Podell said, "Seevast's businesses have experienced tremendous growth year over year. Our rapid growth is continuing in 2007 with new innovations like Publisher's Vertical Network, more domain auctions, and winning partnerships with the Web's biggest and best sites. We expect to see continued innovation in the coming years."

"To rank on Deloitte's Technology Fast 50, companies must have phenomenal revenue growth over five years. Seevast has proven to be one of the fast-growth success stories in New York City, and we applaud their dedication to making their vision a reality," said Ed Moran, Director Product Innovation, Deloitte Services LP, New York City.

To qualify for the Technology Fast 50, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2002 and $5,000,000 in 2006, be headquartered in North America, and be a company that owns proprietary technology or proprietary intellectual property that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues; or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology. Using other companies' technology or intellectual property in a unique way does not qualify.

Companies from the 16 regional Technology Fast 50 programs in the United States and Canada are automatically entered in Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 program, which ranks North America's top 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies.
